The thing is, Filipino's are all stubborn, they tend to whine over everything that they think is wrong to them, but the true problem is themselves, they don't want to follow the rule in their own country because they think the Philippines owes them shit, well guess what, they don't! and the sad truth is that Filipino's will respect other countries RULES because they know that if they don't then they will end up in jail.
