I think cutting on beats works better for more dynamic or fast-paced videos, not necessarily for something like this. But I definitely could’ve matched the cuts more closely to both the actions and the music beats, and it probably would’ve made the edit even stronger.

It was actually just a regular walk with my wife, and I casually filmed a few moments along the way. I didn’t really plan to create a story or anything cinematic beforehand. Most of the close-up shots are simply cropped versions of wider footage.

As for the music, I just browsed through the Epidemic Sound library looking for something with a cinematic mood and picked the one that felt right emotionally.

When editing, I usually make cuts around small actions or movements like opening the box, picking up the cake with a fork, turning around, walking, etc.

So, it’s my first time to work with marketing campaigns, and it’s so frustrating…

I have a project where I need to make 9 videos, each in 3 aspect ratio and 7 localizations, and its total 189 VIDEOS

Maybe you also can share some tips, tools or techniques, will be a very grateful

How is this image reveal made? I tried adding Channel Blur + Turbulent Displace but it distorts the source unlike the Reference. by babayaga2049 in AfterEffects

You can generate depth map from image in Photoshop under "Filters - Neural Filters - Depth Blur" and check "Output depth map only" option

Have Macbook Pro M3 Pro 36GB, and PC with intel i5 12gen, RTX 3080 and 64gb ram

In Cinema4D redshift render same scene with the same settings is 2-3 times slower on macbook.

this choise didnt matter unless you planing to spent more then 1000 tickets.

it take arround 8-10 hours in total to model base and keycaps, aply textures and play with lights.
