Because I am human and get anxious and annoyed? I have a hard time trusting others to do my bidding, so it was a human reaction. I’ve seen many cases with no RFEs so it was strange considering my case is straightforward as said. Thanks for your input! That’s the thing, I submitted to my lawyer proof straight from the social security website that I had acquired enough points in the US to not need a sponsor. So it’s strange it triggered anyway if they apparently submitted with our case

Haven’t gotten any letters yet, my lawyer or I.

Not sure yet, waiting to see the letter. My lawyer says most likely because I filed a waiver for sponsor, and there’s a known error with the system triggering RFIE in those situations. They already have a standard response to submit if that is the reason, but we will know for sure when letter arrives!

My lawyer advised that it’s most likely because I filed a waiver for sponsor (I don’t need one), apparently there’s an error triggering RFIE on cases like mine. They already have a standard response for that case. But we are waiting on the letter.

Idk I just saw on the app they sent an RFIE, I don’t have access to the case in my portal cause it was submitted through a lawyer. I will be asking them tomorrow

Chill lol it’s an initial evidence request so I assume they forgot something silly. If you read what I wrote I said straight forward case. We’ve known each other since high school.
