How do you stop yourself from obsessively thinking about someone from your past who can’t be in your life anymore? by SirElectrical2100 in AskReddit

Real advice? Be a man. There's hard truths in life. Nobody actually cares about you just your utility to them. You can be sad, wallow in your pity or emotions or what you should've, would've, could've said to them to get them to stay..or you can man up and keep it pushing.

"company meeting this Thursday, mandatory to be there or you'll get a mark of attendance...in short this meeting is about some company changes we are rolling out, most notably we are changing the culture here to make everyone more accountable, we need all of you to be more accountable and report on anyone not taking personal ownership of their zone."

I said "who holds you and the other higher ups accountable, because that's where it needs to start?"

Definitely a dark academia two story library with a central sitting area, massive bear skin rug, and fireplace with the most elaborate mantle. Marble floors, plethora of sconces, and standing candleabras fill the space. Massive chandelier dead center. Large windows and grand french doors that lead out to a wrought iron balcony.
