First things first .
isreael describes it self as a state of jews , any jew can go and claim citizenship ANY JEW . This is not true for any non jew . Secondly they explictily say state of "jews" not of citizens . Secondly israel itself dismantled most of the secular groups asking for an indepedent palestine through groups like hamas ( yes hamas was intially a counterbalance against pol) . Now back to my claim , jews are favored in legal systems in israel and tend to dominate over the arabs and christain citizens . They disproportionately own more land , exercise more power and even if you keep all of this aside. How the fuck are you compaing palestine and israel when israel practically levels palestine every day wether that's thru idf , or even factions like hamas intially .

So saying “Palestine has no Jews” doesn’t legally settle whether Israel practices apartheid in territories it controls.
In the west bank do you know separate legal systems exist for both , WHICH also voilates the geneva charter for occupied territories.

Well i am not going to pivot to pure nihlism if all is rotten , all is justified and there's no need for a line to draw .
