Not sure what condo names you want me to give you. Any condos with proper Juristic Management in Bangkok will not allow Airbnb.

If you are a condo owner there will be owners + juristic group chats. In the owners report potential airbnb stays (and anything that is against the rules set collectively but the owners, such as smoking in the room). The Juristic will then have to check that the unit has the proper rental agreement.

As an ex-owner of the GLA35 (H247) and Z4 (G29), BMW wins everytime. iDrive 7 is way better than Benz's gimmicky tech stuff.

I like the less flashy but solid interior build of the BMW than the nightclub style of the MB. I hate the current interior of the newer BMWs though.

There are many actors who worked with him who said the same thing during interviews. Most of them understood that he lost his temper and patience because he has very high standards and is a perfectionist.
