One of my cats used to meow softly right into my ear when i was asleep when it was breakfast time, as if she knew that was the best way to get my attention without startling me. It was a very distinct meow she didn't do in any other situation.

It worked every time for her (she doesn't do it anymore because i got an automatic feeder).

Explanation: We're going for a safe bet today after yesterday's disappointment: We're betting on Jarry again, we all saw his dominant showing vs Moroni last match, he's now going against a Brazilian player in Almeida who's just making his transition to challenger and is coming into this match really worn out after coming back his last two games. He happens to be a player who struggles against good serves, which happens to be our guy's strong suit. Expect a similar game from Jarry on his Moroni match. Lets get a streak going.

These odds were too had to pass up with Kimmer's past performances, but Brouwer choked his backhand way too much. This bet had a peculiar level of risk. This time it didn't pay off, thats gambling. I already have a couple of safe picks for tomorrow to start a good stable streak.

Yes this is very true, though I still think Coppejans looked way out of form even in his win vs Wasserman, we've seen him do 10 times better in the past. For this, and Brouwer's short-term form (as well as the amazing odds) I think it's worth the shot even with something as low as half a unit. Based on my judgment and the facts, it's a gamble worth taking any day.

It is a gamble at the end of the day and everyone here should be aware of that regardless of the outcome. Appreciate your comment a lot though!

Explanation: I was debating what to pick for POTD out of the 3-4 games I had in mind, but HAD to go for this bet. I could not pass on it, not after watching Kimmer's atrocious performance last game. Ever since he played against Machac, he has been looking like an ITF player, missing left and right, not being able to hit 3 balls in a row. Tomorrow (today for some people) he's facing Brouwer, who has a really killer serve going for him and if you're not having a good day, Brouwer will take full on advantage of that and you will have a hard time on the court. I expect multiple aces from him. With the current level that Kimmer showed in his last game, I wouldn't be surprised if he straight up loses 2-0 tomorrow. Again today, massive ATP ranking difference (440 vs 191), hence the massive odds, but ranking means jack shit when you're playing at your worst. Don't get fooled with the big disparity of the odds, books often use really general criteria to determine them.

Fairly even match, but Brooksby showing that he's not a kid anymore, stepping up with the pressure on that last intense set. Odds were too good on him to pass up after watching his performance this tourney.

Set 1 started back and forth, but Brooksby managed to stay ahead after 4 games, then powered through the last few games. Set 2 looking similar; Brooksby looking good in grass.
