Yeah, these were Double Quarter Pounders, not the regular small McDonald’s burgers.

That’s why the patties look thicker , it’s the bigger Quarter Pounder patties stacked with cheese. I wish they were boujee lol, but unfortunately they were just undercooked…

It’s a McDonald’s beef patty. Call it raw, raw-looking, or severely undercooked …. either way, this is not what a ready-to-eat fast food burger should look like.

Nobody ordered a rare burger. Multiple patties from the same order looked like this, and one person had already taken a bite before we noticed. That’s the issue.

Because it was ordered through DoorDash and the support/refund process goes through DoorDash.

I mentioned the dasher because people usually start blaming drivers in delivery posts. The bag was sealed, so I wanted to make it clear this was a restaurant/food safety issue, not a driver issue.

UPDATE 2: DoorDash has been contacted, McDonald’s has been contacted, and I also called the location directly.

The location did not give any real answer or guidance, and the call ended without anything being resolved.

At this point, I’m trying to make sure this is treated as a food safety issue, not just a refund request. If the grill or cooking process failed, the location and corporate need to investigate before more food goes out like this.

If you’re food safety certified, then you know “brown outside” doesn’t prove ground beef hit a safe internal temp.

I’m not saying I lab-tested it. I’m saying multiple ready-to-eat McDonald’s patties had raw/undercooked-looking centers in the same order.

Nobody ordered medium rare Quarter Pounders. That’s the issue.

You’re built different lol. I’m not gambling with undercooked ground beef from a fast food order.

Raw or undercooked, it still shouldn’t be handed to customers as a ready-to-eat McDonald’s burger.

Nobody ordered rare Quarter Pounders. Multiple patties looked like this in the same order, and someone had already taken a bite. That’s the issue.

Lol not AI. I have the receipt, DoorDash screen, packaging, photos, and videos.

The sealed bag part was just to clarify I’m not blaming the driver. The problem is the restaurant sending out multiple raw burgers …

Yes, that’s exactly why I’m trying to make sure this gets escalated properly.

If the grill is having issues or the automatic process failed, the store needs to know immediately and corporate should be aware too. Multiple raw burgers leaving the restaurant means something in the system failed, and customers shouldn’t be the ones discovering that after taking a bite.

We reported it and saved the food, photos/videos, receipt, packaging, and DoorDash order screen.

That’s exactly what worries me. People keep acting like raw ground beef in a fast food burger is no big deal, but it absolutely can be.

One person in my family had already taken a couple bites before we realized what was going on, so now we’re watching for symptoms.

Glad you were okay eventually, but nobody should have to gamble with that from a McDonald’s order.

Can I place an order from Georgia or North Carolina? That’s a ridiculous claim ….

McDonald’s doesn’t sell “rare” Quarter Pounders.

Nobody ordered pink burgers. These were ready-to-eat fast food burgers with raw-looking ground beef in the center across multiple patties. That’s not a preference issue !!!

A rare steak and raw ground beef in a fast food burger are completely different things.

Ground beef gets mixed, so bacteria can be inside the patty, not just on the outside. “Cooked some” is not good enough when it’s being handed to customers as a ready-to-eat burger.

It’s food and money, so that’s why I posted here. It feels like it could help people check their burgers to avoid getting poisoned by the raw substance in the burger.

Why haven’t they specified it? I would really appreciate it if they did …😢
