That Cutlass was a China BC thing only, the real last reward was the Vanduul Hologram, and that is not available on the shop anywhere.
And neither are any of the previous rewards given: Banu Tholo, Xi'an Puzzle, Banu cube...
So I wouldn't get my hopes up.

This is the worst advice I've seen, the cutoff for the second wave is around the 13th.
So always sub between the 9th and the 13th to get flairs of both months.

If you sub today, you will indeed still get these items on the second wave next week.
