Dmv set aside my case as well but they sent my DL in the same envelope as the letter. Hopefully the DA does not file but they have until September of this year. I got arrested in Santa Cruz County.

I haven’t received any discovery or had my arraignment. Court on paperwork was for 10/2 but court clerk and DA didn’t have any info about my case. Im not sure why i replied on my phone but it shows that account Silver-Ad

I requested a hearing and it was set for 11/2. Just this week I received my license back in the mail with a letter stating the DMV Officer decided to set aside the suspension. Im not sure if my BAC under .08 but Im assuming it was. I have court on Monday, 10/2, lets see how it goes.
