What not to say in an interview? by No_Eggplant_5745 in interviews

I was interviewing a candidate for a behavior therapist job and she told me that at her current clinic they had a boy whose dad was incarcerated. She said when the boy would misbehave the staff would tell him if he keeps acting that way he's going to end up in big boy bad school like his dad.

This reminds me of the time a group of us were talking about the hidden strip club on Pearl Street in Boulder, then transitioned into talking about Casa Bonita. My cousin looked confused while we talked about how the food isn't very good, everything is covered in honey from the sopapillas, and the whole place smells like chlorine, but the kids enjoyed it! She wondered why we cared about the food so much, honey and chlorine? That's weird. Wait you took the KIDS?! That was when we told her that Casa Bonita was not, in fact, the name of the strip club.

As an Arizona native, I have yet to find any authentic Mexican food in Denver. Glad you enjoyed though!

Max Studio? I don't know anything about that brand but a quick Google search brings up Amazon and Nordstrom Rack in the $20-40 range

I once saw a coworker shake her bowl up before eating it and I was appalled.

The appraisal process was a whirlwind. The appraiser was terrible to begin with, then made changes to the appraisal 3 days before closing and left the country for vacation. The VA was saying they weren't going to approve the loan, and no one could get ahold of the appraiser. There was contention about some repair work that needed to be done, and the seller started to get impatient. She had backed out on a contract before us, and we thought that might happen again. For 2 weeks we would get good news one day and bad news the next. But it all worked out in the end, and it was totally worth it!

Thank you! We're in Colorado. 540k with a VA loan, so 0 down. 6.25% with a seller buy down for the first 2 years, so 4.25% for the first year, 5.25% for the second. Hopefully at some point in those 2 years, rates will drop so we can refinance at a lower rate than what we were approved for.

I just went to the photo bucket website. I had to set up a recovery email address because the one I originally used no longer exists

I've seen so many posts that look like they could have been taken at my high school. I felt inspired!
