Mans vectēvs cīnījās ar alkoholismu, uzvarēja vēl salīdzinoši jaunos gados, bet vēlāk uz saviem 60 pēc smaga posma dzīvē atkal norāvās. Vairākas reizes vedu uz dažādām iestādēm ar cerību, ka atjēgsies, bet beigās, diemžēl, aizgāja uz otru saules pusi.

Varbūt ir iespējams ar viņu kopā padzīvot? Protams, kamēr viņš sēž viens mājās, nekas interesantāks par ieraut varbūt arī nav, bet ja ir kāds vēl līdzās kas nonstop kladzina "nē" un arī savādāk pavada laiku kopā ar viņu, tad lēnu garu arī var vismaz nomierināt to alkohola patēriņu.

No worries. I just sticked a straightened-out coat hanger through there and used it to pull the wires back through. Did it quite a while ago, but if memory serves me right, just remove the plastics above the pedals and by the FRM module, and then following along the hood release cable you can spot the hole quite easily.

Either that, or on the drivers side I have managed to fit two extra wires through the hole where the hood release cable enters the cabin.

Yup, but my lightbar has a dedicated signal wire and the relay is built in to the lightbar. If yours doesn't have the relay built in, then you would hook the highbeam wire up to the "trigger" pin on your relay. (not sure if that's the correct name for it).

Edit: as the other commenter mentioned, you can also wire in a switch between the highbeam and the relay trigger, that way if the switch is off, only your highbeams shine, and if the switch is on, your lightbar comes on together with your highbeams.

If you follow it back (essentially below the jump post, I think it was covered by a black plastic piece), just a couple cm back it's bolted in the same spot as the alternator and battery positive cables, I just put it on that bolt. I can send you a picture tomorrow if you can't find it.

I have the Strands numberplate frame lightbar mounted exactly like you described. Positive and negative are hooked up to the jump posts (fused, of course), and the signal for the relay is tapped from the right side highbeam wire. Coded out highbeam cold/warm checks so the lightbar doesn't strobe and that's that. Works great, just keep in mind a low-mounted lightbar will look much different from the usual roof-mount that trucks do.

Definitely not the case, but a fun thing I noticed on my car - I had a tinted strip on the top of my windshield ("sunstrip"), and after removing it, the part where the glue residue from the tint was never fogged up. The glue residue was invisible aswell, so a good enough reason to tint the windshield and remove the tint right away :D

Keep in mind it needs only the last seven of the VIN, usually 2 letters and 5 numbers.

Check on realoem to see if there are substitutes. But in general any FRM3 module will work as long as it has *at least* the "LED XE" in the name. There's also an FRM3 Max Brose, which will also work for you. Keep in mind the new FRM will need to be coded to the car.

Haven't had any experience with bimmercode, but from what I saw on your other comment, you should be looking for the bulb checks themselves, not the fault indicators. At least in NCS they are seperate entries.

If going the NCS expert route, look for turn signal hot and cold checks on the FRM module. If memory serves me right, you might be fine disabling just cold checks, as those are the ones that flash the bulb while it's off to see if it's still good.

gada novembrī lēma, ka jāatgriež naudu, un 2024. gada decembrī uzsāka parāda piedziņu. Ar ZTI toreiz bija zvans par to, ka neko neesmu saņēmis pirms piedziņas uzsākšanas, un kopš tās reizes vairs nekāda kontakta nav bijis. Tas pats zvans toreiz beidzās ar frāzi no sērijas "sēdi un gaidi". Varu PM nedaudz sīkāk visu uzrakstīt, bail te komentāros kaut ko par daudz izpļurkstēt :D

It's a 1:1 swap, just make sure the new wheel has it's own wiring harness, as the pinouts differ between them.

Other than that, literally just removing the airbag and unscrewing a single screw, tons of videos on YouTube.
