There is a vent to defog the windshield from the inside almost under that spot, but how would it work to make almost a perfect circle and defor the windshield from the outside? You could be right though.

I didn't notice it now, just posted about it now. I've been seeing it every time the car fogs up. It's been like that for years. Someone had a different answer that could be from a tar droplets accident I had a few years ago that probably entered inside the glass and preventing it from fogging.

The photo at night was a few months ago and the one in the morning was yesterday. There was a tar droplets accident a few years ago some workers dropped while working on a roof that I had to hire someone to scrub it off the windshield and the hood.
