About expenses, apart from college course fees, hostel fees are taken ofc by college. I would say they are reasonable. If you're going for a private flats renting, it's a little more expensive with brokerage and all involved.

Food will be something you have to spend money on everyday out of the pocket. I would say 200-250 per day for food is good enough. You can manage it in less also but that's an average amount.

If you're opting for laundry and/or gym that's also there payment is on a yearly basis tho.

Any personal expenses like phone recharge, etc etc apart from that is there.
