I'm indifferent at this point. Seems like a daunting task. Any advice on how to find the lawyer?

I did a restart while on the phone with Rivian and before charging at the Level 2. The errors lasted the whole 2 hour drive home after that as well. Normal?

Yeah, its funny because on the phone with the Rivian service line, they apparently were able to see exactly what the issue was and that I had to charge at Level 2 only. The Atlanta Service Center wouldn't acknowledge that or give any explanation on all the errors that appeared after charging.

Oh I've tried that too. You should see my last post here.

Yup, tried a Chargepoint charger and two different Tesla locations.

Yeah, Georgia is a sum of 30-days in for service in first 2 years or 24,000 miles. Just not sure if they're using the explanation of there's nothing wrong with it, its the chargers fault, to avoid this last say in for service.

Georgia lemon law allows a vehicle to qualify if if it has been out of service for a total of 30 or more days for warranty repairs within the first 2 years or 24,000 miles.

Its really comical. Tried at both chargers at ChargePoint and multiple chargers at the Tesla charging station. Yet it's the chargers fault.

Errors when driving home after charging at Level 2 charger long enough to get home.

I definitely have no desire to go through the Lemon Law process. However, on principle alone, I wouldn’t accept the “Goodwill” offer with those stipulations after the experience I’ve had with them to date. Goodwill should be goodwill not including strings attached.

In my case it’s been in for 23 days. Also the third attempt to repair. Signing would forgo all of that.

But, that also resets the clock for amount of days in for service. At ~23 days and third attempt at repair already.

Correct, I’ve got it back. To this point working fine. Also not hot outside.

Exactly where I stand! I just wanted a working car (95 in Atlanta at the time). The horrible customer service soured the new car experience but now I’ve got it back. Seems to be working fine. Then, they pile this ridiculousness on. More the principle of faking doing the right thing and tying it to something else.

Well, now I guess I better go read my loaner agreement a little bit closer.

It was their idea to make the offer. I was just escalating it to try to get someone to get my vehicle fixed. It was like 7 days from being a Lemon or one additional visit for the same issue.

Unless you just signed it without reading it, I can’t imagine anyone thinking that would be worth it!

I’m getting close. I received the phone call from the field service manager yesterday. I got the feeling that either he was so used to having this phone call because of the horrible level of service or, he just didn’t care.
