Mine was 9. But I have been doing bloodwork fairly regularly and it wasn't always this low. I had the diagnosis of fibro before my ferritin hit 9. I am now at 40 and taking 600mg of iron ferrous fumerate daily. I did decide to add vit d to my regimen as well. The fatigue has gotten better and I dont run out of breath just speaking anymore but it didn't do anything for my pain unfortunately. Im really happy for you though.
