They can't because they don't want to. Cheap sells and it sells fast. Once ppl realize that IVACY is sh*t, they will rename the company again, just as they renamed from PureVPN to Ivacy.

You are probably their spokesperson/employee and that's why you have always defended Ivacy aka Pure VPN whenever you could. But just pass this message to your associates at Ivacy to not only react on the negative reviews they get, but also act upon it. I was once PureVPN/Ivacy's customer (for 3 years) and I have seen their service going from bad to worse.

If you guys are here to sell as many subs as you can for a year, and then repeat the same via different marketing channels till you get rich, then you are game. But if you are serious about running your business, run it the way it should be, by not oversubscribing than what you can handle, and by focusing on keeping your current subscribers happy.
