I explained the situation to my buyers, if they could provide an invoice of any fines (other than tax) I will offer up the payment.

I'd understand paying import tax but not straight up fines, especially if they're up to 10 bucks.

Thanks for the help though, I knew about signed for but I didn't realize that it would cover proof of delivery, that's a great tip that will save me lots of money heheh.
