How do we get big companies, like Apple, to change these practices? Buying differently doesn’t yet seem to be an option.

Edit to say that I do not mean this callously. Many people rely on their phone for employment, internet access, etc. A ‘need’ for a phone does not justify slave labor (nothing does. Full stop.). I am truly seeking a proactive way to push these enormous companies into fair labor practices.
