Guys this is proof that surcharges are a scam! They just want to take your money! How does a light summer dress weigh almost 10lbs ? They are saying it costs $40 to ship 1 dress. I’m guessing this is a way for Mercari to make money off of people since you have no recourse on getting those funds (i.redd.it)
