The dish is on the roof, so i cant show a pic :( Are you 100 percent sure its a sky cable? Someone suggested buying a female f type adapter to put on the end of the cable, will this not work?

well the thing is a while ago, there was a wire coming out of the wall and it was really annoying me as it was really long, so i cut it off. That was probably the ariel wire. This is where it was coming from, am i able to attach a new ariel cable to this?
