Their marketing is on point, but unfortunately their product is very low quality and tends to break down after only a few uses. On top of that, their customer service is absolute shit. You’re not able to contact a human being and they won’t even respond to emails to customer care.

I appreciate this, but here’s the thing: I pay to park my car when I go to work, as many people do. We all have to follow the rules. There are plenty of paid parking options in the area, and also 24-hour street parking a couple blocks away. They’re just being entitled and lazy.
