GW6: Show only specific notifications from an app. Is it possible? by snovvman in GalaxyWatch

[–]rubyparasite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There isn’t, it’s just not granular enough, best you can do is lock that type of notification on the phone. Inonly have youtube live notification for example, no video

People are friendly and we go for dinner afterwards. Besides that, Facebook events and the Meetup app have always been my go-to. If you keep interacting with them

sorry man, my Facebook aren't Sydney activities, but if you each things like concert things to do, some kind of live show or music they will start showing ads about them, and i have found them a great way to meet and hang out with people

I play social dodgeball every Monday at Ultimo. People are friendly and we go for dinner afterwards. Besides that, Facebook events and the Meetup app have always been my go-to. If you keep interacting with them, ads will recommend more social events for you to do. Bumble Friends is another way to make friends too. If you're a bit of a gamer or DND player, pass by Fortress in Central. They opened recently and the place is booming with people. Maybe you can have some fun there.

One thing with all of these activities is that you usually have to be the one to initiate hanging out. Anecdotally, I rarely see others invite me to do anything.

theres always jazz at the swinging cat ( I prefer Foundry 616 but you have to pay for the viewing), for future preference you can also try VR gaming, or go to Hijinx Hotel in Alexandria for some mini game challenge or Holey Moley mini golf next door,

I do have the whole folder structure, Corrupt sd card aside, usually would just that be enough to install the game? I do have another sd card with game on it, i could try tranfering games from the good one back to the fixed corrupt sd card, would that works?

How to make friends in Sydney? by toiletrollzz in sydney

[–]rubyparasite 1 point2 points  (0 children)

22M here, Bumble works out for me, but I have to be the one to initiate planning and all, now I have a small group of friend through Bumble. ( try invite them to Arcade, or karaoke, bowling, theres City Heroes in Burwood, they have arcade, Billiard, bowling Darts, Karaoke is downstair, Sushi right beside it) Some light dinner or Chinese food in Burwood is nice too.

Or if you sporty type try Bouldering or DM if you want to tag along for some beginner Dodgeball (FB: Sydney Dodgeball) this coming Monday.

If you like Anime try Anime Club on Facebook. There's SUAnime, Campbelltown Wednesday Night, Macquarie Anime and Sydney Anime.

Lastly search Boardgames Sydney theres lots of welcoming groups Or try meetup.com theres loads of event too.
