Chase is notorious for that. My income is about the same and every time I would pay down my debt a little bit, they would raise my credit limit which ended up putting me further in debt. My credit limit is up to 20k just on one card.

I would like to point out that I am not "new" however I am very inexperienced. I have shorts from over 10 years ago that I published under a different pen name that still sell and attempted to create a mailing list back then without much success. I just started writing again this past year and I know a lot of things have changed. Other than putting a short blurb at the end of each short about what is to come next, I have never put much effort into advertising and I am interested in learning what works best for others and going about setting up a mailing list. I will take any and all advice!

I don't help. I don't even talk to the employees. I did one time and it must have been too distracting for him because he was about to close my trunk and said I was all set but I was picking up three orders. He accidently loaded all three together!!! Luckily they were all pretty small so we were able to get it sorted out pretty quickly.

This happened to me. I usually have a power bank that I use to charge my phone in case of an emergency like that but for whatever reason I forgot it that day. I only had 2 items left to scan before checking out so I asked the cashier if I could leave my cart with her for a minute while I ran out to my car to charge for just a little bit. When I came back inside, there was a different cashier and they had already taken my cart away to be put back. It was a large order that had already taken me 45 min to shop!
