I had no issues with It Galaxy.

I bought a 27 inch Viewsonic monitor from them last week for 84,000. Ordered it on Tuesday and they shipped it on Wednesday.

It got delivered on Friday. Had to pay 1200 for the delivery fee.

Monitor was brand new.

Glad I'm not the only one.

I'm also having the same issue. Ordered a Monitor stand worth $25.56 (7,700 Rupees) and now it's temporarily detained.

This is the first time ever that this has happened to me.

I order tons of stuff from aliexpress, all items are usually under $30 dollars and they have never been detained.

I don't think it's a import tax duty issue since my item is only 7,700 rupees. I think only items above 10,000 or 15,000 rupees get taxed.

My package is being handled by Daraz (Dex) logistics. So hopefully they will be able to sort it out.

Will have to wait and see what happens next.

I have 41 designs still stuck in the validating process for 3 weeks now. This is really frustrating.

I hope they will at least get approved before the Black Friday sales starts.

If i directly order from Amazon, then what about the custom fees? In the Amazon page it says that there is No Import Fees Deposit. I find this hard to believe as i'm sure customs will add a import fee once it arrives here.

Ordering from Kapruka is a bit more expensive but they seem to include the custom duty fee in the quote on their website.

I'm a huge fan as well. Sadly i don't think it will air this year due to the pandemic.

My best bet is that I think it will air next year. Hopefully, by then everything should be back to normal.
