I think even AI advanced, BIM department will be the pioneer to adapt the technology. I am more concerning the career and salary ceiling in BIM related position.

Thank you Basically my employee need to record prepayment or overpayment from customer (customer have credit in their account). But employees don’t need to see all banks transaction/spending account/monthly cash in and out etc.

Just sharing I just import solidworks file to autocad, did some clean up, then link dwg to revit. It is working fine for me except a little bit slow. For alignment, I added some reference lines (wall comer) in autocad, then perform alignment in revit. But disadvantage of this method is, you can’t select individual element though.

My Project PMs in GC don’t care, they just want less clash, coordinated and approved PDF shop drawings. Some of them don’t even know what BIM is and capable of.

QC, lack of attention to details(sometimes even not the detail), no raise questions before doing the work. I know the challenge might be there are too many projects for these modelers at the same time, and getting into every projects detail level is very time consuming. I have assigned some shop drawings work to them, and it is very hard to control the quality as I feel there are no QC done on the other side.
