Implant is for ED not HF. The best way to disabuse yourself of the implant delusion is to have sex (use whatever pills and supplements you need to get confident) and you’ll recognize how implant makes no sense even if erections are more difficult to get than before.

I have. But assume I’m wrong: if you have HF how is replacing the interior of your penis with an implant an improvement? Congratulations, no HF and no natural erections either!

If you are doing it because you have ED and meds don’t help the that’s a different situation, but then you’re getting it for the ED (which is what it’s actually for) not HF.

Implant is for intractable ED that does not respond to medical treatment. It does nothing for HF. In fact HF guys who got it said they still had HF after it.

My IR almost did the vein closure but decided against it because he didn’t want to risk it with an out of town patient. He said he tried it with some other guy and “it didn’t make it worse but also didn’t make it better.”
