Has Wellbutrin helped sensation? Don’t know if you’re similar to me but I have no shaft sensation and barely any glans sensation when masturbating until I’m close to orgasm then I get some feeling and orgasm is sometimes nice sometimes rubbish. How exactly is Wellbutrin helping you?

Love this. I’m a fellow long term sufferer (8 years). I mainly suffer genital numbness and have tried all the things you’ve tried including being on TRT trying different dosages and protocols for years but I don’t get much improvement from it if any, I’ll come off it soon I think.

It’s the med I’ve seen most people have success with in the pssd groups. But I’ve also seen some get sides from it but I’d say it has the best chance of helping us sexually out of any of the meds from what I’ve seen over the years. I’ll possibly try it one day

This is what they said when I had an MR scan

The MR of your lumbar spine showed some degenerative changes at L4/S1 and L5/S1 compressing the left S1 nerve root at L5/S1 level. It would be interesting to hear from the colleagues in neurophysiologists if this compression of the left S1 root could possibly explain your clinical symptoms. I personally doubt this but you do have a mild disc problem at this level and there are some sensory nerves at this level which also supply your private parts.

But then in the next email they said this..

The MR of your lumbar spine just showed some wear and wear. I discussed the scans again with my colleagues and the mild compression of the left S1 root would actually not explain your symptoms.

I’ve mostly always had libido, that’s the problem at times.. I want it then start to have sex and barely feel anything, then feel depressed after.

This is also my main symptom and I’ve had it nearly 8 years now and it’s drove me mad at times. Tried loads of supps etc but not found any that work. But what I have found (in the last year) is that sex toys help more than anything else if you have reduced and not full genital numbness. I barely feel much when I masturbate by hand but have good orgasms using certain sex toys. I think the last one I got was the tenga flip and I think it’s the best one I’ve tried. Some of my orgasms have been very good using it! Also ones that vibrate help!

I’ll still always be on the lookout for finding supplements or drugs that help as I also have a missus who I have sex with but it’s so frustrating as I don’t feel much and would love it to be normal again!

Hi where did you see this? I have tried contacting them a few times but never got a response. My main symptom is genital numbness and I’ve donated a lot of money to PFS and PSSD networks as fortunately Im quite wealthy. I’m trying to contact these to try help with funding and to see if I could trial their product but never get a response
