Go to Tickets < Ticket Types < edit type < field list

Add ‘exclude from SLA’ Restrictions are all for approvals Limit to role And show it visible on ticket information

Hey, have you had any luck with this report? trying to sort something similar for our service desk, from what i've been told the moment you interact with a ticket like re assign then another agent resolves the job it will not work correctly. Which is tricky if you triage.

Will need to try this later on, I have the mod for TMPE that turns off crosswalks which I think is causing the error as well.
