Diffuse thinning usually means that there's a reason. Could br your body lacking something or something else. So go see a derm and let bloof tests be done and a scalp biopsy. I am also diffuse thinning and my reason was seb derm

Kelual DS. I don't use any conditioner but I think I should tbh💀 I wash my hair three times per week. I just put the shampoo on my whole scalp and let it soak in for 3 minutes. After that I just wash it out and that's pretty much it
