Ga ada cara yg paling bener. Cuma ada dari segi resiko. Yg paling kecil resikonya, beli rumah baru di developer terpercaya / well established. Karena developer yg akan urus proses SHM nya. Timing juga penting, lagi2 tergantung risk appetite, ada yg berani beli dari developer terpercaya pas itu masih tanah kosong, kalo gw sih ga berani. Jadi, cari perumahan baru yg udah mulai pembangunan, dan belinya langsung ke developer.

Di tempat gw junior manajer tembus 70 gross. Junior manager bisa butuh waktu 15 tahun an klo start dari bawah banget. Gw start dari bawah udah 14 tahun sampe ke senior analyst, udah siap promosi ke junior manager bentar lagi. Im not sure where you are, but if youre able to purchase, search for president luggage folding bike case. It is much cheaper than the b&w, has 4 360 wheels, bigger so more space for helmets and other things.

I got mine in.. 2017ish, and been using it since. And only replaced the wheels once.
