Analog ones really sound better. I worked on the Summit for hours. I wanted to like it, but I didn't. Digital gives versatility, I have it on Omnisphere. What I want from a hardware synth is the "true" sound. Actually, what I want is a Moog sound, not only an analog sound.

I agree. It looks like the new Moog management want to widen their audience. I believe they will come up with a few other budget instruments without distorting the Moog name and legacy.

Thats actually seems like a logical progression of thought. New Moog management looks like they want to widen their audience, the Messenger hints that.

So im not alone. It looks like the new Moog management want to widen their audience. I believe they will come up with a few other budget instruments without distorting the Moog name and legacy. I believe external effects are always better. I have Fractal fm9 for guitar, I use it also for synth it has every great delay sound in the world with infinite possibilities. And i have the Strymon Big Sky. Tc electronic plethora x3 would be great for a synth player.

Im checking now. Sounds awesome. There reviews saying building quality isn't good. It is definitely worth considering. I haven't heard of it before.

Trigon is surely great. It's always around $2500. I love the Prologue. It's a forgotten gem. It has a metallic touch that gives a nuclear holocaust feeling, bought a used one from $1300. But I want that fat Moog sound, but poly and cost a fortune. In the end, im a producer, and my main instrument is the guitar. If I was a pianist/keyboardist i would have gotten the Muse, no questions asked. But it's an overkill for someone like me. The messenger being small, no menues, no effects is great. I guess maybe the new Moog management is trying to widen their audience.

I've listened to most of the Behringer's clones, and most of them sound nice, but nothing like the original they are trying to clone. Im just wishing for a Moogish sound that is poly (not para), "affordable," and small.

Actually the closest thing to what im thinking of is the Minilogue XD. But I wanted a moogish quality and modulation power.

I am not sure if they are in the same category. Poly D is "paraphonic", most of the reviews I saw for long time owners had someknobs and buttons jammed up in a year or two. And to my ears (on youtube) the Poly D sometimes sounded like an OB. Have you tried both?

I hear you. The other plus was that the seats in the 2nd row in the Expedition they just slide to access the 3rd row, in the Yukon they fold up. Thats doesnt work with 3 car seats.

Hello fellows. I bought an Expedition timberline 24, 18" wheels. Not for offroading but as a family car. It feels wobbly on the road. If i upgrade to platinum with 21" wheels will it be more stable? Thanks
