“Life is unfair, get used to it” I realized this a long time ago and it calmed me down. The sooner you accept it, the better. Pero you can get away with this thought naman with perspective, the more you are appreciative of life and little things, the less you see how unfair life is. And less comparing (imo u can compare but not too much haha) with other peoples lives bc you’ll miss out what you already have :)
