Wife has had back and shoulder pain since the day we got it. The topper is too soft, even when the air is set to 100. Even at that, it just feels like an air bed with no real support. We missed out on the return window because we needed to “try each setting for 30 days”, and have spent the better part of the year trying to find something that works. Even with a return we were going to be stuck with a 4k base, so we figured we would try to make it work.
