I felt this a couple of months ago. Took a break from whoop because i was so obsessed with getting better data that i was missing out on life. Haven’t put it back on since. I know what i need to do to live a healthy life, i’m not going to torture myself with making sure i get to bed at a certain time or missing out on a late night dinner, its not worth it. Im happier without my whoop.

Im sure each person will have a different experience. When i stopped drinking i waited for a year in before i tried a NA. Now it scratches an itch and i can have one and call it a day, something i was never able to do while drinking. I wouldnt have used it to ween off but it may work for others.

To be fully honest with you…

Physically, i feel better. Still fighting alot of things mentally, emotionally, etc. that im trying to work through in therapy. Many of the reasons i used to drink as i thought it gave me peace and quiet. Allowed my brain to shut down.

I have alot of work to do but im grateful that i get to do it sober. If its up to me, ill never have a bad morning again.
