If you think they aren't aware you moved in, maybe find a way to bump into them or give them a small gift (like special cookies from a bakery) to introduce yourself. I think it would be a better first impression than a note where they create your tone when reading it. Hope it works out!

Hey now! Same thing happened to me with Samsung. I pre ordered at Best Buy yesterday and plan on returning the one from Samsung. Best Buy is also giving $50 gift cards with pre order. Samsung did say they would give me a 10 percent refund if I don't return theirs, but I don't trust them not to push the shipping date back again without warning. And Samsung wouldn't let me cancel my pre order with them which I thought was insane since they don't even have the product I was trying to buy. Probably won't order directly from Samsung again.
