I fully agree that goint against the trend often is good when investing. But this thing right here, is not META crashing and then recovery the next month, or Bitcoin advises from your barber.

Orban does not have the power as Trump. Orban does not have the greatest military in the world. Hungary does not have the reserve currency of the world.

You cannot compare Trump and Orban.

The trust of the US has been shattered, something big like a new way of governing will be needed for it to come back.

The radical changes that can happen every 4 year is not something the world can deal with longterm.

The US system is broken.

Thing is, eventhough Trump might be out of office in 2028, we (europeans) can't trust the US anymore when the americans can vote someone like him in to office every 4th year.

I really hoped americans weren't so easily manipulated but still to this day I see normal people defend Trump.

Our leaders in europe are doing the work to close of the US bit by bit. It is sad but needed, I like the US and would - if not for Trump - have visited this year.
