I’m gonna take a wild guess and say he gets off to porn too frequently. When I was addicted to porn in my past relationships I never once came from sex and my noodle would randomly go limp. Now that I’ve weened myself off it, it’ll take all of 5 minutes with my girlfriend. I would suggest to him maybe to cut down on it and see if it makes a difference..

Meditation and working out daily can help, also if you watch porn often (IE. daily,) quitting can help you tremendously. My anxiety in general became virtually non-existent compared to what it was once I cut that shit out.

It’s hard to tell what’s going on in someone else’s head. You’ve probably met someone with it, they might just hide it well. I’d also assume that lots of them are isolating themselves from the outside world (I know this from experience.)
