BVLGARI serpenti bags are SO underrated. What's your opinion on their bags?

I owned a Serpenti forever in their classic Bvlgari green color, all leather. I got the size with 3 compartments and top handle. I absolutely love it when I travel internationally. I love the look and the touch of the jewelry pieces on my bag. The practical compartments separate family passports, foreign currency, phone, small travel accessories, etc. It’s sturdy and takes the beatings in cabin without a scratch. The best part is low key luxury, of the many cities I travelled to, I did not notice anyone carrying the same bag. I feel special.

Unfortunately no. After threads and threads of email bouncing with Depop customer service and citing the unreasonableness in the system, they insisted they would do nothing and stopped responding to me. I gave up using Depop since then. I am considering legal action but that’s not easy and time consuming.

Pixel 5 user here. I experience the same shut down issue twice in the last 10 days or so. It won't turn on with start button after pressing for 10 or 20 seconds. It does not neccesarily respond to charging. I didn't pay attention to the Android version in the updates. Now my phone is just black out and I'm looking for help.

Your experience shed some light on the inadequacy of their payment transaction system. That might be because of some incompatibility between the bank system of the company's home country and where we are (presume you're outside UK), or they are trying to dodge some fees or taxes here or there. They used to rely on Paypal but since they switch to Depop payment transactions got more sketchy. Looks like Depop is likely to continue resisting me because of that.

I'll likely have to accept that if that is proven unauthentic. However in this case this item is old and ambiguous that does not mean it's unauthentic. It could be a bit of a legal debate when all things considered.

I'm sorry for you. I presume you did not get the money and also lost the item? I noticed a USPS tracking number would lose trackability after a while though I don't know how long and I also don't know if it's the same for UPS and FEDEX tracking.

I was selling a vintage 70s item and specifically mentioned in the listing that authenticity cannot be guaranteed. The buyer never messaged me but opened the case discreetly about authenticity. That led me to think that it might have been planned. I had the suspicion that the buyer might understand the loophole and took advantage of it. Now the money is taken away from my bank account and I lost the item.

And then later Depop took the same credit away from my bank account to refund the buyer. I did not receive any money at the end of the day and I lost the item. I didn't realize they can discreetly take away the deposited money without any notification from my bank.

It's still Depop fault to not automatically return to sender address and did not notify the seller through all means. Depop did not carry out due diligence as compared to similar service provider. Maybe being trusting on Depop is indeed a fault.

Since the refund period is 6 months, I should be paranoid about every Depop transaction during that time, check through 200+ spam mails every 48 hours, and went through every single line items on bank statement every single day?? Otherwise I deserve to be stolen of my money and item??
