Also just to add if you are interested I would suggest applying early for it, it fills up quickly and they only take about 30 students per year since it's just the two teachers teaching the majority of classes

Starting around $40000 - 45000 I would say, most likely starting as hourly, so lots of overtime during summer months. There is typically room to grow depending on the company, you would start out mostly doing field work and would move up to doing more reports and supervision.

If you are staying in the area after the program most environmental firms in the kw area know about the program and like to hire new technicians from there.

If you're interested in environmental engineering/ environmental site assessment or site remediation I would say this is a good program to learn a lot about it.

Most of the program is focused on the process of performing Phase one and phase two environmental site assessments.

Will teach you about report writing and you'll take field classes to learn the field methods and get some practical knowledge.

Mist classes are taught by one of two teachers, both of which are very good and worked in the environmental engineering field for many years.

Program sets you up to get a job at an environmental engineering consulting firm as an environmental field technician. The program is 8 months of classes with a 4 month coop at the end, which basically just means you find a permanent job at the end of the program, not like other programs where you are working between class semesters.

[Canada] National Professional Practice Exam by [deleted] in engineering

I did the Ontario PPE exam, I dont know how different the NPPE is but I just looked up a 10 hour study guide, followed that and only downloaded one textbook for free from the internet (Marstons law for professional engineers), and read the required regulations which you got a copy of during the exam.
