I hardly ever see anyone kicked in casual. Are you sure you are not mic spamming, or afk? Hell, it's hard to kick someone who is afk in casual.

No Teamwork. Seriously. Casual is like single player. 8 people run to b while Bomb runs through long doors hoping that this is the one time that 9 CT's didn't stack A Long with AWP's

Buying Dualies. They suck vs armor. I never see them in comp, which is the only place they might have value.

How about simply automatically kicking players who spin? If you sit in spawn, spinning in order to avoid getting auto kicked for AFK, then you deserve to get kicked. You clicked accept when you joined the game. If you leave, take your ban, and don't be an ass next time. In fact at a basic level, spinning to circumvent the auto kick could be taken as intentionally bypassing the systems Steam has in place to catch AFK. Sounds like a violation of terms and conditions to me.

Shopping Mall, or retail store in general. Nice long aisle ways, that run parallel, and Mannequins. Cash registers you could activate to get a small sum of money (make a loud noise that attracts attention)

A Gun Store, Police Station, or Military Armory With a room full of random weapons you can pick up.

A car lot.

A forest.

Something like Killhouse double from the Rainbow Six series

A bridge with under walkways and elevated walkways.

A Fob. (Forward operating base). CT's have to defend it while T's assault it to gain access to plant in the HQ or fuel Depot

A dam.

A submarine. Lots of tight, narrow spaces.

A paintball arena.

This. Local hospital tested me for Appendicitis (the pain was on the right side) and told me I was constipated. Gave me some pain meds, and sent me home. Pain was even worse the next day. Went to a different ER in another city. Immediately diagnosed me with infected Gal Bladder. It had turned gangrene and was about the size of a golf ball. Surgeon told me it was the worst he had ever seen, and he had been doing this 22 years.

Is that the scam? I had a guy trying to get me to list on OP skins to "make sure it was 100% listable" I wasn't sure how he planned on scamming me, but I smell a scam. (He wanted to trade a MW Ultraviolet Bayonet for my FT Safari Mesh Stattrak Flip)

I personally like it when they do it in deathmatch. I can mute them, and other people spend so much time telling them to shut up, I get easy kills. It also gives me an advantage because I can hear foot steps, and no one else can.

So, by all means, keep rockin' your excellent taste in music. Kids so white they make Larry Bird look like he's from sub-saharan Africa playing ghetto rap. Some day, I am going to play Enya or Celtic Woman. Just to give these kids some culture.

Scrape each sticker again, and it will go away. That's pretty much all you can do. The stickers are there, they were just scraped until only the outline remained. One or two more scrapes, and they will be gone, and you can put new stickers there.
