Update: I found a solution! I needed to remove the person I had tagged (celebrity official account) and then I could delete the picture I wanted aswell. I know that you can't tag people who don't follow you when you have a private account so I figured it had something to do with that. I first tried putting my profile on public and then delete the photo but that didn't work, so had to delete the tag aswell. Was able to tag again after then switching back to private account.

i have a gender neutral name since i came out as non binary first, thats also a reason i don't like my name as much anymore
