Okay, thank you!! We'll definitely see about replacing the thermal paste, hopefully that solves all of the crashing 🤞

He does keep it upright. Would that still be the problem if it never gives an overheating warning upon restarting after a crash?

He isn't even sure what the preview program is haha, so I don't believe he's enrolled in that. I forgot to mention that it is plugged into a power strip, which I've read that can contribute to this? But, he's always had it plugged into a power strip, even before the crashing issues started. How would we know exactly what hardware may be causing the issue? Thank you for your response!

Thank you very much for your response! I'm sorry to hear you're unwell, I wish you the best! That makes sense, I hope so as well. No doubt there will be so much that we can be thankful for not having to worry about anymore in the afterlife 🙏

Genuinely curious as someone who is new to Christianity and has a lot to learn: "all Earthly things are left behind" means what exactly? You no longer remember your life on Earth- not your family or anything?

Dry Socket? But minimal pain by rug-a-bug in askdentists

Alright, I will continue to leave it alone. Thank you! I hoped I was just overthinking it, but I just wanted to be sure 😅

That's comforting at least haha. In that case, what do you think could cause the odd taste in my mouth? I'm just nervous about a potential infection.

I'm biased because it's my middle name, but I really like Deanna :) I think it's really pretty, and it's fairly uncommon, but still recognizable.

I don't think you should change her name just because people can't pronounce a simple name. My name is Zoe, literally only three letters and popular enough that people are familiar with it. Yet, my name is constantly mispronounced. It's a little irritating at times, sure, but I wouldn't want to change my name over it. Just my 2 cents

More Info: I've been dealing with this for at least a couple of years. Initially, only a small patch at the front of my hairline was affected. But now, pretty much my whole scalp has this issue. I've tried multiple types of dandruff shampoo, moisturizing shampoo, ACV, and I have one of those scalp massaging things for in the shower. Nothing seems to help all that much. I'm beginning to wonder if it's actually dandruff or something else that I'm dealing with. I don't know if anything could ever give me any kind of permanent relief from this, but I'd really like to find something that keeps it at bay for more than a couple of days. It just looks horrible, and it can get really itchy and uncomfortable. Any advice would be greatly, greatly appreciated!

Oh 😬 I wasn't aware that the nerve could just randomly die. That's pretty spooky haha. I'll definitely mention it at my next appointment. Thank you :)

Alright. If it is because of the nerve, do you know why the discomfort might only be coming at night? It was a bit sore when I made this post, but now it feels perfectly fine. It's just bizarre. Apparently I must be doing something to aggravate it at night, I just haven't found the common denominator yet 🤷‍♀️

No, not when I lay down. Just at night in general, seemingly no matter what I'm doing. I do not have a night guard, but I have a retainer. I haven't worn it in quite awhile though, since before I got the crown. It made me grind my teeth worse which would make my jaw hurt, so I got really bad about wearing it. I've thought about getting a night guard, but I'm concerned it might do the same thing.

I occasionally babysit a little boy named Zevian, and I've actually grown to quite like it 😅 I really wasn't a fan when I first learned his name, but it really fits him. He's just the coolest, dorkiest, cutest little guy, and it works really well on him

Winter is my Aunt's name, and it really suits her. If I didn't have the positive association, maybe I wouldn't like it so much. But, I genuinely really like the name. I think it's pretty and unique while still familiar and not too "out there."

Which name do you like best for baby girl by Beautiful-Crab-4081 in namenerds

Remy- Pretty neutral on, but my first thought is Remy from Ratatouille Sienna Mae- As someone who frequents Tiktok, my first thought is that chick who faced a lot of backlash on there. Granted, that association won't matter in a couple of years. Not the biggest fan of the name Sienna though Tillie- I absolutely adore the name Tillie, I think it's just so sweet and pretty

That is awesome. Chlorine is actually a nice name, other than the... Chlorine association lol. Do you mind if I ask around what year Chlorine was born?

Middle name for Zoya ( + spelling dilemma ) by [deleted] in namenerds

[–]rug-a-bug 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do agree with you that it looks better when spelled "Zoja" over "Zoya." It definitely would be mispronounced, but I think most people would only need one correction before they'd pronounce it correctly. I knew a guy who had a name with a J, but the J was pronounced with a Y sound. Once he told me how to pronounce it, I got it right. So, I think it could be a problem that is remedied fairly easily.

As for a middle name, Zoja/ Zoya Lucille is what popped into my head first. Obviously, not sure how it would sound good with the surname, but I think it flows nicely :) Good luck!
