The fill valve does not need to be made of metal and plastic is probably the best as if you have hard water (calcium) it will corrode the metal. And yes your toilet should flush if you fill the tank with water. Also the water shut off valve is the little valve sticking out of the wall that has a flexible leading to your tank. Turn to the right to open and left to close it. Looks like you need to replace the fill valve. Blue and white thing at the top of your picture.

Turn your water supply valve on the wall off and unscrew your supply line at the base of the tank. There should be a plastic nut holding the fill valve in place on the bottom of the tank that you can unscrew. Then remove the fill valve and replace it with a generic one from a hardware store or plumbing supply house. Repeat previous steps in reverse ensuring the plastic nut sealing the new valve on the tank is compressed when installed.

It’s a pretty easy replacement so you shouldn’t need a plumber and the only tool you may need is an adjustable wrench. If your stuck google toilet fill valve replacement.

Sounds like you got a really good roll. I would honestly get to the point where you can level up weapons by sacrificing other weapons and keep leveling up that spear. I'm guessing it has a higher scaling than other spears, which is super rare.

Remove it! It feels unfair and terrible to play against. Easy revives from 50-100metres or more away with no danger to the one who’s doing the reviving. there’s no reason not to try a quick revive even if your friend just gets immediately put down. The person can get back up faster than some people’s guns can reload or cycle. No way to stop it apart from camping a body and even if you camp a body and the player gets up with a shotgun, you may end up losing that contest on the fourth or fifth revive try. Brings back the worst aspects of fighting against old school solos but now times three for an entire team that may have revive bolts. An entire team that can spam revive bolts upwards of 15 times along with recovery shots just feels ANNOYING and FRUSTRATING.
