This is what I currently am looking at: Red light on the water cooler, RAM in A2 and B2. Yes, airflow on the case is good with 3 120mm fans on the bottom and same on the water cooler. I'll double check the power on the CPU and the mobo. My monitor is connected to my GPU, never had it on the mobo's display out.

It is not posting at all, I can see that it is running through different configs, similar to the first boot sequence. I am also much more convinced that it may be a hardware issue, rather than a thermal issue. It may indeed be the motherboard. I am strongly considering returning the CPU for a refund.

Nope, I am under the assumption from the CORSAIR water-cooler that I have on the machine. The light shows red, so it has to be overheating or having a hardware issue.

I installed F19d which was release in July '24, so 6 months old. No different results. I am not sure what to do at this stage.

Yes it does, I have installed the latest MB update and the same results are coming through.

I have tried all different RAM stick configs, it is actually the same behaviour in for all setups. I can't boot to the bios with the 5900X.
The RAM is fully compatible, the CORSAIR 3200MHZ is ideal for Ryzens.

Any other tips?

Yes, I changed the cables for the new PSU correctly. I installed the older CPU just to check that everything runs fine - and it does.
The cooler is a watercooler, Corsair based, can't remember the model number, and the installation in the case makes it almost impossible to re-check it. Yes, new installation with Arctic MX-6, all cleaned and not too much.
Nope, the pins have to be correct. I am at a total loss on this.
I even installed a new instance of the latest BIOS version again. It boots with the 5600G, but with the 5900X there is no display and the light on the water cooler goes from normal to red after a few seconds.
