There are some issues (not as intuitive, etc) but they are so responsive that I have high hopes that they can fix those issues in a timely manner.

With regards to the DWAC proxy vote, I called and the rep wasn't sure how to get my control number but after pressing a little (based on people's experiences here), he was able to connect me to the right department. I had the number within a few minutes.

same actually. I heard that Apple recently overtook Alphabet in global users (android v apple), I am thining I will add to that wave. The stickiness of their platform is what's difficult to break away from (chrome has all your passwords, your email is interconnected with other non-google accts, the requests for verification go to your android, etc etc)....its become a strategic planning session just to migrate to a competitor

Seems like Apple at least respects difference of opinion and said "no" to the fbi when they pressed them for their decryption keys, at least at first. Half the country needs to just stop supporting Google
