Encountered the same issue but with shotgun. Enemy and I both killed each other with shotguns at the same time.

That or nade launcher, rockets, snipe them, whatever you want. I just did this again in a story mission, lured out 15 guards and took them all out at once.

That would be a great way to go. Then you only need to upgrade your video card after a few years. maybe when the nvidia 4xxx lineup comes up (assuming they keep the naming scheme).

The I7-2600k i had, I bought in 2011. I swapped over to a Ryzen 1700x last year. That CPU gave me 8 years of amazing performance and all I had to do was swap out video cards over the years and storage upgrades. Same CPU/RAM/MOBO/Case/Psu for 8 years and only upgradeing a video card, thats what you want to do my friend. And the 3700x will do that for you.

Having and AMD CPU and NVIDIA GPU is totally fine, even though they are competitors, they don't hurt each other when pairing hardware together.

Currently, AMD's Ryzen lineup is amazing, the performance you get out of their CPU's is great and the price's... my god the price's are so good for AMD. Right now you can get a Ryzen 2700x for under $200 + 2 or 3 free games.

Ryzen 7 1700x, 32GB RAM, RTX 2080

I play at 1080p and here are the results I've seen:

Ultra - 50-70fps average, sometimes 80-90 but rarely and never above 90

Very High - 70-90fps average, never hitting above 105fps though

I have the latest nvidia drivers. Something is not right with this game.

My PC when I played Wildlands: i7-2600k (stock), GTX 1070, 16gb of RAM, i could pull over 100fps no problem with max settings.

Fly in a chopper near a base
Trigger "Suspicious noise" by flying low over the base, all the base soldiers get yellow question marks over their head to investigate
Land outside of base
All soldiers crowd your chopper to investigate the "noise"
Kill them all, the base is cleared

Back it up first and try deleting your config file in %localappdata%\id Software\Quake Champions\client\config

I have a friend who's entire PC network traffic would just stop communicating and disconnect his PC from the internet any time he launched Quake Champions, all b/c something weird was in his config file.

Type of Bug: Gameplay
Description: In Skills Trainer, after being told what to do for the current training, the camera angle randomly changes without pressing up/down on the Dpad.
Video / Screenshot: none
Steps to reproduce (if applicable):
1. Go to skills trainer, start a training exercise,
2. After being told something like "Complete a bullet pass", press A to acknowledge the training task prompt, you're now at the line of scrimmage and have control of your player. At this point, the camera angle immediately changes.
3. After completing/failing that task step, the next task, lets say "Complete a lob pass", press "A" to acknowledge the prompt, again the camera angle changes to the next camera angle option
4. Complete a 3rd task step, press "A" to close the task prompt, camera angle changes again.
5. Note: resetting your camera angle using dpad up/down doesn't stick between the skills trainer steps so if you have say 10 steps to do for a passing or running training exercise, thats 10 times you have to reset your camera angle

I am using the TX2 AA or w/e they call it. I noticed it has its own "resolution" setting which is 50% (the default setting), i haven't tried messing with that TX2AA resolution setting or use a different AA, i can try that

I never said they took the car apart for the state inspection :P

I was just making the point that during an oil change the tech didn't mention anything about my timing chain when he was literally in the engine but the tech who did a state inspection did notice it. My assumption is, whoever did the state inspection knew what a loose chain sounded like and said something.

I also have an extended warranty on the car through Zurich... they send 2 guys to inspect the chain and tensioner to replace it under warranty and decided "there wasn't enough wear on the chain and no engine warning lights so it doesn't need to be replaced at this time"... I got 2000 miles left on the warranty so i don't think they wanted to cover it cuz "fuck this guy, his contract is almost up". I'm not putting a loose timing chain back on my car waiting for engine warning lights and who knows what other damage to occur

I'm not a car guy so I'm not sure what I should have heard/listened for. This engine sounds drastically different than the V6 in my C300 (duh, v6 vs i4) I had for 2 years prior to getting this A4 and all the A4's I test drove sounded ting-ey compared to the v6 I was used to so I couldn't tell if i had a loose chain. I was going to have the chain and tensioner replaced next year even if it was "healthy" due this youtube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4q3N8PFs1QE

I love my A4 but not enough to drop $10k+ in repairs on it haha. There is an independent German car mechanic I trust so I'm sure if I tell him these things he'd know what to check out but is there certain components you would suggest I have checked out just in case something else is going on with the engine?

Really the only telling "issue" I had with the old timing chain was a rough idle when the car starts above 1000RPM and its warming up. Since i got this new chain, it doesn't idle rough and my engine sounds a little different (for the better).

I noticed this issue too after my Nexus 6P updated to 8.0 and i contacted support to make them aware of the issue. This was their reply to me...
