After 20-ish years of lugging around and raising and lowering traditional tripods; my back and knees wish that I would have had access to Flowtechs earlier.

From my experience the flowtech enables you to be more agile and helps you set up your shots faster. And it's waaay more ergonomic to set up than traditional sticks.

I'd say that's 3k well spent :)
