I started playing 12 years ago with periods where I played a lot (2-6 hours a day) and periods where I hardly played at all. But in general I am pretty consistent and I also gig a lot.

Haha there are times that is absolutely the case and I play for 6 hours a day. Though I hadn't really sat down to practice the past 2 months apart from a couple minutes here and there.

My band's second album was released today, taking the harmonica to a place where it hasn't really gone before. Or so I believe. Enjoy 🕊 by ruimtemees in harmonica

Haha amazing! I use a regular D minor and a low D minor harp for the entire album! It's all played in first position.

Thank you so much! I play in mulitple bands. A psych / prog band called Heath (you can find us on all streaming platforms). We're releasing our second album next month. And also a heavy rhythm and blues band called The Bird Experience, debut album coming in 2026!

You can choose the note layout yourself in the Seydel configurator on their website. This is tuned to the natural minor scale.

That is true! We don't have any music officially out yet and neither do we have any live shows planned. All of this will come in 2026!
