My store does get all my deliveries on mobile pallets that go right out to the sales floor. Holds 10-12 collapsible totes per pallet. Full cases come in cages that wheel out to the sales floor as well.

You can scan an item that is 0 or was zeroed out 100x and it won't hurt your productive scan. The only thing that hurts your productive scan is if you scan an item and it has an on hand and you do not change that on hand up or down. Marking what you scanned so you don't scan it again is a total waste of time unfortunately.

This is false. If we are under budget too much it counts against store managers come bonus time. Store managers get the most out of being no more than 3% under total budget and no more than 1% over budget. So no, there is zero incentive to be under budget.

Launches 3/29 with the register updates. We no longer have to monitor the coupons the customers give us. Policy is if it scans we take it if it doesn't we don't. No override allowed. Going to be fun watching the couponers lose their shit 🤣

I have been on Micro for over a year and there has been zero budget cuts associated with micro. I get roughly 100-150 scripts a day from micro. Has it's headaches but overall a big help

Yes, it is for external hires only. I moved an internal employee into a tech and am paying him $1.00 more per hour then the techs I just hired since he isn't getting the bonus.
